About Us

Terra Dynamics was founded in 1986 by Tina Scoccolo. While it was her first endeavor as the owner of a company, she certainly wasn’t new to the construction industry. The Scoccolo family had a long history in the field, and Tina spend many years working side by side with her father in heavy civil construction and erosion control.

The company started with a single hydroseeder and quickly expanded as their accomplishments became known. Park & athletic field construction, wetland mitigation, and public works projects became the focus over the next 35 years.

With each project completed, new partnerships solidified. Recognizing the growing needs of municipalities, developers and private corporations, TDI developed a full spectrum of civil construction services. By designing turn-key solutions with a single vendor, it streamlined the building process and greatly reduced logistical challenges, delays and headaches.
